Look, I've got everything but time. I don't have the time to open up the gallery often, but you might. Rent gallery space, gain access to working studio space + community amenities, and open the gallery to the public as often as you like. Show art, have fun & do good work.

300 sq/ft common w/ art & supply storage

Main gallery composed of 2'w x 8'h grid-wall panels 
1 panel = $350/month 
2 panel = $500/month
$250 deposit, nonrefundable

Keyed access to E. 7th St. door
Shared FOB access to interior amenities

Open to the public anytime within these hours:
Mon-Thu 10a-6p 
Fri/Sat 10a-8p

Fri/Sat opening exhibition parties 10a-10p

Access the space anytime within these hours:
Mon-Sat 8a-10p

Sunday access only if ya coming to clean!

0% commission on art sold based on these factors:
Keep inventory & manage sales w/ shared Square system
Handle sales for other artists when open to the public
The gallery provides retail packaging & facility supplies
